Every session, every price
Prices are per session and paid at the appointment. There are no packages and no membership: book what you need, when you need it.
Full-body massage
A full session working the whole body, for general tension, stress and recovery. Choose the length that suits how much ground you want covered.
- $7560 minutes
Full Body
An hour covering back, shoulders, neck, arms and legs. The standard choice for overall tension and a good place to start if you have not had a massage before.
- $12090 minutes
Full Body
Ninety minutes, with time to work slowly through problem areas rather than moving on to keep to the clock. Worth it if tension has built up over months.
- $6560 minutes
Swedish Massage
Long, flowing strokes at lighter pressure, aimed at circulation and relaxation rather than deep muscle work. The gentlest of the full-length sessions.
- $7060 minutes
Deep Tissue
Slower and firmer, reaching the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue where long-standing tension sits. Expect some soreness for a day afterwards.
Targeted 30-minute sessions
Half-hour appointments focused on one area. Useful when a specific complaint is the reason you are booking, and you do not need a full session.
- $3530 minutes
Trigger Point Therapy
Direct, sustained pressure on the constricted knots that refer pain elsewhere in the body. Often noticeably better after a single treatment.
- $4030 minutes
Shoulder & Neck Pain
Concentrated work on the upper back, shoulders and neck, the area that takes the load from desk work, driving and carrying stress.
- $4030 minutes
Back Pain
Focused on the lower and mid back, easing the muscle tightness that builds up from sitting, standing or lifting through a long working week.
- $4030 minutes
Foot Massage
Half an hour on the feet and lower legs. Made for anyone who spends the day standing, walking or in shoes that were not built for it.
- $4030 minutes
Migraine Headache Relief
Work through the neck, scalp and jaw, where muscular tension often contributes to headache patterns. Not a medical treatment for migraine.
Healing stone
Heated stones placed and worked along the muscles. The warmth reaches tension that is slow to release under hands alone.

- $9060 minutes
Healing Stone
An hour of heated-stone work combined with hands-on massage, easing muscle that has stayed tight through ordinary pressure.
- $14090 minutes
Healing Stone
The full ninety-minute treatment, with time for the heat to work through several areas rather than one. The longest session offered.
Not sure which session to book?
Describe what is bothering you and you will get a straight recommendation: including if a shorter session would do the job.
Appointments outside the listed hours can usually be arranged.
Questions about booking
If your question is not here, call and ask.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Call ahead so the time is set aside for you. Appointments outside the listed hours can usually be arranged if you ask when you call.
Which massage should I book?
If you are booking because something specific hurts, a 30-minute targeted session is usually the right start. If it is general tension or stress, book a full body or Swedish session. If you are not sure, call and describe the problem.
What is the difference between Swedish and deep tissue?
Swedish uses lighter, flowing pressure and is aimed at relaxation and circulation. Deep tissue is slower and firmer, reaching the deeper muscle layers where long-standing tension sits. Deep tissue can leave you sore for a day.
What happens at a first appointment?
You will be asked what is bothering you, what you do for work, and whether you have any injuries or conditions to be aware of. Pressure is adjusted as you go, so say if it is too much or not enough.
How should I prepare?
Nothing special. Avoid a heavy meal beforehand, arrive a few minutes early, and drink water afterwards.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the appointment. Call if you need to check which methods are accepted before you book.
Ready to book a session?
Call and describe what is bothering you: you will get a straight answer about which session fits and how long it will take.
After hours by appointment: ask when you call.
