Tell us what hurts
Most people book because something specific is bothering them. Here is what usually fits.
Your back or neck has hurt for weeks
Desk work, driving and lifting leave the same muscles loaded day after day. Targeted work on the area is usually the fastest way back to normal.
See optionsThere is a knot that will not release
Trigger points refer pain to places that are not the source. Sustained direct pressure on the knot itself is what releases it.
See optionsTension headaches keep coming back
Tightness through the neck, scalp and jaw often feeds a headache pattern. Releasing it can break the cycle.
See optionsYou are carrying stress everywhere
When it is not one spot but all of it, a full-body session covers the ground a thirty-minute appointment cannot.

16 years of hands-on practice in Grand Prairie
Joe Brown trained at North Texas Swedish Massage School and has spent more than 16 years treating pain and tension for clients across the DFW metroplex.
Much of that work has been alongside medical doctors and chiropractors, with patients referred across when hands-on treatment was the right next step. It shapes how a session runs here: you get asked what is wrong, what you do all day, and what has already been tried, before any work starts.

Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Call ahead so the time is set aside for you. Appointments outside the listed hours can usually be arranged if you ask when you call.
Which massage should I book?
If you are booking because something specific hurts, a 30-minute targeted session is usually the right start. If it is general tension or stress, book a full body or Swedish session. If you are not sure, call and describe the problem.
What is the difference between Swedish and deep tissue?
Swedish uses lighter, flowing pressure and is aimed at relaxation and circulation. Deep tissue is slower and firmer, reaching the deeper muscle layers where long-standing tension sits. Deep tissue can leave you sore for a day.
What happens at a first appointment?
You will be asked what is bothering you, what you do for work, and whether you have any injuries or conditions to be aware of. Pressure is adjusted as you go, so say if it is too much or not enough.
Ready to book a session?
Call and describe what is bothering you: you will get a straight answer about which session fits and how long it will take.
After hours by appointment: ask when you call.
